Alex’s short film ‘Jackrabbit” is based on a true story of an Italian backpacker who stops at a remote gas station in Australia and is confronted with a strange situation. It premiered at the Clermont-Ferrand International Film Festival before going on to play at the Sydney Film Festival, St Kilda Film Festival, Interfilm Berlin, OFF, and Hollywood Comedy Shorts. It was also acquired by Canal+ (France), Telefonica (Spain), and SVT (Sweden) to play on their cable TV networks.
